w	24-hour, 7 day a week service through our after-hours on-call emergency Pharmacist

w	A variety of filling methods, including: bottles, 14-day blister cards, and 30-day blister cards

w	Timely daily deliveries of non-routine (On-Demand) medications

w	Supervised exchanges of routine unit-dosed medications by trained personnel

w	Dedicated staff to obtain refills on routine medications

w	A customer service department available from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

w	Major Credit Cards Accepted

w	Pricing Comparison Services

w	Enrollment in most insurance plans - including 95% of the Medicare Part-D programs

w	Daily, detailed communication between the Pharmacy and the Facility

w	A policies and procedures manual outlining what we do for you and what you are expected to do to help us

w	Medication Observation Records provided monthly at no charge for any ALF in which we serve 70% of the residents

w	Control Medication Log Book and control sheets with any C2 or C3 medications filled

w	Patient Monographs for new prescriptions

w	A variety of education opportunities offered free to the employees of our partner facilities. These programs include Assistance with Self-Administered Medications, Adult CPR, First Aid, and Domestic Violence.

w	With our education division, ALF Educators, we offer CORE Training and CORE Updates
