Trelles Pharmacy offers a Cart and MOR Review service to any Assisted Living Facility in Central Florida. Facilities with contracts in good standing with Trelles may utilize this service for free, non-contracted pharmacies there is a fee based on the size of the facility.

This service involves our specialist coming to your facility and performing an audit of your cart and your Medication Observation Records. This review is done in accordance with the standards utilized by the Agency for Healthcare Administration as detailed in the Standard License Survey Guidelines. Any discrepencies or issues are noted on a detailed, resident-specific report that is provided to the facility. This allows the facility to correct any problems and perform staff re-training before the problem becomes a survey deficiency and causes a fine.
